Tulsa Evolve is a NPO idea that I am currently throwing around. Until it's more substantial I will use this page to keep record of my ideas.

In short, the idea is to group up all the emerging talent in the Tulsa area and put them in -direct- contact with consumers interested in having work done. This could vary from website design and development, photography, craft art, illustrations, etc.. By grouping talent together it would allow larger scale projects to be completed that a single artist would struggle doing all alone. The draw to the consumer would be that the starving artists normally work for more reasonable rates then professionals and have a habit of putting more -heart- into their work.

There's the TAC, right. Why make another venue for starving artists? Good question.
